Has there been an affair?

EasyDNA offers advanced DNA testing services for infidelity. Once you have located and collected a sample you can send it to us for genetic analysis. We can easily help you solve the following queries.

The most basic query that logically follows once you have found a suspicious stain, item of clothing, used Kleenex and so forth is to actually determine whether the DNA profile in this stain belong to a male or a female. With an infidelity test it is best to exhaust all possibilities; the stain might perhaps contain no DNA at all or contain multiple profiles.

Firstly, the DNA infidelity analysis involves a multiple gender presence test. This process examines the sample to identify the presence of biological material and, if found, determines the gender of the donor or donors. Once we have established this, the client can opt for another test: DNA profile comparison. It makes sense to compare any DNA found to that of another person you suspect could be the donor of the sample. Is there even the remotest possibility that the sample you found belongs to you? A DNA comparison can eliminate this possibility. You could send in a sample of any person you think might be the contributor confirm or exclude a match between the DNA profiles (matching DNA profiles would indicate they belong to the person).

What samples can I use?

People find all kinds of samples which they believe to contain genetic evidence. Whilst we can test countless DNA samples, from stains on fabrics, to nail clippings, licked envelopes, sections of upholstery and sheets, we always need to give our client a full consultation about the sample they intend to use. In this way, EasyDNA can explain how to collect and package the sample as well as providing some other important information.  You can learn more about the range of samples we test by visiting our forensic DNA testing page.

Cheating DNA test & dealing with betrayal

Our infidelity DNA test is a scientific analysis of a DNA sample to determine whether it belongs to a male or a female or determine whether there is a match between the profiles in different samples tested, thus establishing whether the samples belong to the same person or to different people. Infidelity DNA analysis is performed using the most advanced DNA testing methodologies available. EasyDNA cannot comment further on the results beyond their scientific value.
