Well known DNA testing company easyDNA has introduced significant price cuts in its DNA testing express service as part of ongoing improvements in its service to customers.
Toronto, CANADA - 10/07/2008 easyDNA is an international DNA testing firm that specializes in relationship testing such as paternity and sibling testing. Their express testing option allows customers to receive their results within 48 hours as opposed to the normal 5-7 days. They have now slashed the price of this service by up to 30% across their entire international customer base in order to facilitate access to this service by those that could not previously afford it. Sales and Marketing Director Andrew Alexander explained the price cuts as being part of the company’s continuous improvement policy.

In order to improve our service to them we have brought our popular express service within the budget of a greater number of those desperate to know these results. Yes, it will present a few problems to use when the demand for the service increases, but we planned for that and have not only improved our testing logistics but the laboratory has been expanded to meet the growing need for rapid results. Because of this we are confident that we can meet the demand and deliver the results according to the terms of the service.
